apparently the pillars have been done for a few days. however i have not realized that. nor did i realize it today until paul told me. i was too busy stepping in the mortar/mud outside the back door.
well last chance to see the living room like this. i don't mean that next time it will be painted and have flooring. i WOULD have meant that but one of the things paul wanted in the house was bull-nosed corners (read:rounded). they don't come standard but the show home we saw had them so he thought they were standard. we are now taking a step back and going to do the living room/kitchen area instead of the whole house. i can't say i'm going to notice the corners but i know that i don't want to hear paul for the next thirty years going "i wish we'd have done the rounded corners"...love you :)
